Fixed-Term Demi Chef de Partie – Fine Dining Restaurant (Stellenbosch) – We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join a leading fine dining restaurant in Stellenbosch on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will assist in delivering exceptional dishes that reflect creativity, precision, and consistency in line with the restaurant’s high culinary standards. Requirements Culinary qualification or relevant professional certificate. 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within an upmarket or fine dining kitchen. Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and discipline. Passionate about food quality, presentation, and continuous improvement. Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
