- High Volume Production Experience Diploma in Production Management would be a plus Minimum of year’s Experience in the industry Oversee 2 shifts team leaders. Setting and maintenance of CNC machine. Programing of CNC machines FANUC control Responsible to ensure cell change overs Knowledge in Setting up Robots and Strong in programing Experience in Mastercam/Autocad Ensure processes are carried out according to specified procedures and methods. Ensure Daily Weekly Shift Targets are met Improve and Maintain Machine Availability Improve Productivity Control insert and tool usage Able to use measuring equipment accurately (Micrometers/Verniers etc) Keep Scrap/Losses at a minimum Ensure that Safety standards are met Ensure that Disabling Injuries are kept at zero Take necessary actions to manage production costs and improve efficiency’s Provide an Environment that promotes Productivity, Empowerment and Learning Ensure and Maintain high levels of performance Provide Positive, motivating example for employees Communicate objectives to employees Organize workflow by assigning responsivities to team leaders Oversee and coach employees Ensure the safe use of equipment and preparing schedules Submit reports on performance and progress Train new employees on how to safety use machinery and follow procedures Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards Housekeeping upholding 5S cleanliness-
**Inherent Requirements**
