- Minimum Qualification - Grade 12
- Preferred Qualification - Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Degree/Diploma in Social Science, Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent)
- Experience - At least 5 years of sourcing and/or recruitment experience preferably in a Financial Services environment**additional requirements**:

- Contribute to the successful implementation of change initiatives by providing support related to own area of specialisation_LOW2
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate_LoW2
- Adhere to standards and procedures to reduce costs and report associated risks_LOW2
- Assist and support the seamless integration and implementation of effective HR processes, programs and practices into daily operations_LOW2
- Participate in specialist communities of practice and contribute positively to own and organisational knowledge improvement_LOW2
- Ensure that all documentation is handled, maintained, stored and discarded in terms of legislative and audit requirements_LOW2
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements_LOW2
- Perform talent mapping and talent pipelines as a proactive means of adding competitive advantage and mitigating business risk_LOW2
- Ensure a proactive service to stakeholders by sourcing relevant talent to fulfil immediate requirements_LOW2
- Manage end-to-end process of sourcing and delivering top talent as per agreed benchmarks_LOW2
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including internal customers, HR, end-users, SMEs, and third party vendors. Ensure that specific needs of stakeholders are addressed effectively and timeously, within area of specialisation. Consistently represent the FNB brand in all customer interactions_LOW2
- Identify, control and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs_LOW2
- Manage cost to income to increase profitability and efficiencies for the business. Identify process improvements in order to save costs_LOW2
