Manager: Learning and Development Consulting

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Contribute towards the company Learning and Development strategic planning process, and develop as well as manage an operational plan.
- Execute the company Learning and Development Strategy by designing innovative and performance-impacting learning solutions in response to strategic workforce plans.
- Manage quality, facilitate delivery of the divisional outputs, clarify roles and responsibilities, and optimise and manage resources.
- Manage the sourcing, design, development, administration and implementation of digital learning solutions in support of the learning and development strategy within the company.
- Manage a team for optimal output and strong teamwork.
- Develop own team in identifying and interpreting client needs to ensure relevant and fit-for-purpose learning delivery.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- An Honours degree (NQF8) in Education, Change Management, Organisational Development or an equivalent qualification; and
- 810 years experience in a learning and development environment, with solid track record of team management.
