**Scope of Services Definition**
- Develop holistic and integrated change and project management strategies and plans for the implementation of the RMCD Project
- Identify and implement appropriate change tools as well as ensure alignment of governance processes with those defined by the business change management Centre of Excellence (COE).
- Define, maintain, and report on the aggregated project and change roadmaps for the delivery of initiatives that will lead to business and operational benefits for the RMCD Project.
- Drive the delivery of a single view of change across the RMCD Project to ensure a holistic change management approach.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a common understanding of changes, impact thereof and change plans.
- Develop and implement project and change management plans for the business to manage the adoption of the RMCD Project to minimise potential risks, maximise stakeholder adoption as well as minimise resistance.
- Develop and implement the stakeholder engagement and communication plan, leadership alignment and resistance management plans
- Develop and implement appropriate training plans as well as assess the impact of training and provide recommendations.
- Prioritise delivery of change initiatives in order to manage change saturation, risk and dependencies.
- Determine the impact of change management initiatives, identify gaps and develop alternative strategies and interventions as needed
- Capacitate RMCD team and leadership in their own change leadership roles as well as provide support to improve change management technical proficiency in line with the business change management (COE).
- Provide reports on the function, including overall change readiness, adoption and business impact, and lessons learnt within the ESD Renewal Programme.

strong understanding of Project change management in strategic transformations, operating model and business process change, and Organizational Design and Development

**Minimum qualification required**:

- a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences or an equivalent qualification (NQF 7 level);
- a minimum of five to seven years of job-related change management experience change.
- Project management experience, and HR related change experience
