**Payroll Administration**:
Prepare and manage payroll processes.
- Review timesheets data and hours worked.
- Manage, maintain and update payroll related data.
- Update salary sheets and schedules.
- Submit payroll reports and sheets on time to the finance or other related department.
- Assist administrative or finance staff in processing payrolls of new employees or terminated ones.
- Manage all Trade Union subscriptions and effect all new members
- Enter information into the payroll system about employee taxes, exemptions, transfers, dismissals and resignations as details change
- Respond to any errors in payroll by reviewing past records and making any wage corrections or adjustments when necessary

- Manage and execute the onboarding process for all new recruits.
- Supports the development of the HR budget by providing relevant HR data and forecasts.
- Ensure all required HR reporting is done.
- Review and audit of HR filing and documentation, ensuring correct standards are maintained and policy complied with.
- Ensure each employee has a signed contract, a Job Description, and related documents on file.
- Manage the exit interview process and documentation.
- Conducting exit interviews upon termination of employment.

- Finalise withdrawal documentation of provident/pensions funds.

- Implements and maintain Group life, Medical scheme and requirements of workmen compensation act as stipulated within regulatory framework
- Ensures the prompt resolution of problems relating to employee compensation and benefit
- Coordinates the management of employee’s tax, PAYE and pension**Performance Management**
Assist and schedule performance reviews for new staff on contract or probation.
- Assist line managers and supervisors with annual formal performance reviews / staff appraisals.
- Review and improve systems to company needs.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry
- Full knowledge of payroll system management, preferably Payspace
- Strong track-record in HR generalist, Payroll management and change management roles
