- Creating SEO-optimized content and ensuring best practices across digital platforms.
- Managing day-to-day operations of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies.
- Keeping the online media library up to date.
- Monitoring and reporting on the impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns.
- Staying updated with the latest digital media trends and design technology.
- Constantly seeking creative ways to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to assess needs.
- Discussing goals and needs for specific projects, designing ads to meet these goals, and placing targeted consumer ads on social media or other digital platforms.
- Identifying training and development needs and proactively selecting effective solutions to address development gaps.
- Ensuring the development and implementation of a personal development plan.
