Our client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Change Manager to join their team in Sandton on a contract basis. Our client offers stability, excellent working environment, growth and an attractive salary.

As a Change Manager, you''ll be responsible for planning and executing the change management process. You will work with product owners to create tickets that outline any new features or changes being implemented. You''ll also need to ensure that all of the development teams are ready for release as they approach their deadlines and milestones. In this role, you will liaise with developers on requirements and specifications, working closely with project managers in order to ensure plans are communicated effectively throughout the company.
**Requirements**:

- Devises approaches to facilitate process, organizational, and technical transformation.
- Orchestrates and manages new project initiatives from start to completion.
- Addresses immediate needs within the projects.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates knowledge of software architecture Facilitates change management to ensure the proper and timely handling of requests, changes in business operations, and releases
- Provides project scope management, assessment, and approval of planned technical and process changes.
- Ensures that all team members are onboarded and aligned with change management processes.
- Collaborates with those who need to implement changes to determine the feasibility of the change.
**Qualifications**
- Must have experience working in a change/retention-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines within established timelines.
- Bachelors degree in a field related to business or management
- Experience with Change Management and/or Agile Methodologies preferred.
