Are you an organised, detail-focused individual with strong administrative and customer support skills? We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our busy Durban office, providing high-quality support to our UK-based sales and customer service teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service administration who wants to join a fast-paced, international business.

**About the Role**

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our UK Sales and Contact Centre teams. You’ll handle a wide range of administrative tasks, provide customer support, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an office-based role working closely with multiple departments, helping to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

This role suits someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys problem solving. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Contact Centre Teams.
- Update, maintain, and manage CRM records to the highest standard.
- Create and update reports, spreadsheets, and customer analytics for management.
- Monitor shared inboxes and action urgent queries promptly.
- Resolve customer enquiries or escalate them where appropriate.
- Assist with coding competitor invoices and tenders.
- Support customer relationships by delivering fast, professional service.
- Answer incoming calls during peak periods to support the Contact Centre.
- Process a variety of customer orders including quotes, start-up orders, specials, prescriptions, and online orders.
- Handle new business account set-ups, registrations, and online service access.
- Provide website and platform support to customers and sales teams.
- Identify process improvements, automation ideas, and system enhancements.
- Maintain strong product and company knowledge through ongoing training.
- Support additional sales teams when required.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner and customer service approach.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- CRM experience (advantageous but not essential).

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or Customer Service.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is a bonus.

**Qualifications**
- **Completed Matric (Grade 12), including English and Maths.**
