**Responsibilities**:
Perform diagnostics to identify issues and determine the appropriate repair solutions for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.

Repair and replace faulty components, such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other hardware or software-related problems.

Conduct thorough testing and quality control to ensure the proper functioning of repaired devices.

Keep accurate records of repairs and inventory using our internal systems.

Stay informed about the latest mobile device technologies, including software updates, hardware advancements, and industry trends.

Assist in managing inventory levels by ordering necessary parts and supplies, as well as maintaining stock levels of commonly used components.

Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and develop innovative solutions.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or a degree in electronics or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a cellphone/mobile device technician or a similar role, with a strong focus on repairing smartphones and tablets.

In-depth knowledge of various mobile device operating systems, including iOS and Android.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software for troubleshooting and repairing mobile devices.

Familiarity with common mobile device brands, models, and their components.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for intricate repairs.

Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing mobile devices.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Commitment to following data privacy and security protocols to ensure customer confidentiality.

**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
