Join the AutoTrader Operations Team
Are you keen to welcome, moderate and facilitate the full support process for all Instant Offer customers. These duties include but are not limited to: the moderation of vehicles, resolving of customer queries, arranging and setup of all appointments for customers etc. - all within the committed service levels. To continuously provide an excellent, efficient and professional service to all customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- To moderate all vehicles on the Instant Offer platform
- Upload all vehicle specs accurately
- To communicate progress of IO offers to customers - as per detailed process
- To resolve all customer queries related to Instant Offer within agreed service level timeframes and quality levels
- To set all appointments with customers and ensure that the IO/Manage system is updated - as per process and system flows
- To ensure all customer sales documentation is received as per deadline and sent through to the buying partner
- To ensure effective communication is maintained within the department and other key stakeholders
- To maintain a high level of customer service at all times and ensure that all non-standard queries/concerns are escalated immediately - as per escalation process.
- To ensure a high level of quality and accuracy is carried out on all tasks
**Administration**:
- Attend and participate in weekly and monthly departmental meetings
- Ensure all administrative tasks are up to date - these include: reporting on IO different statuses, overall offers received, buying partner feedback, On-the-road agent feedback etc.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Customer service skills - handling difficult conversations, building rapport with people, etc.
- Fully computer literate - ability to navigate different online platforms, solid use and understanding of web/online tools/sites etc.

**Education, Experience, Qualification and Special Requirements**:
- Matric
- 2 years in a customer service position within a call center environment.
- Matric plus customer service qualification.
- Weekend work - every alternate weekend 8:30- 12:30
