Company Description

**Job Description**:

- Provide administrate support to the Technical Team, from initial enquiry, through the processing of quotations and sales documentation, to order, procurement and completion.
- Liaising with other departments such as Finance, Logistics and Engineering to ensure our customers receive great service each and every time
- Communicate with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients
- Project Installations Administration - preparing work packs and necessary site installation documents
- General Administration Support to both Projects and Technical Services team
- Make bookings and arrangements for travel, accommodation and meals for the technical services team (both local and international)
- Manage and arrange for pre-clearances with clearing agents or work to be done outside South Africa by technical services team
- Maintain and update data and records on our Safety Files to ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance on site
- Manage and develop documentation required for compliance
- Administration of customer warranty related claims

**Qualifications**:

- Business Administration Qualification
- ** OR** Technical Engineering Qualification coupled with intensive experience in projects and/or site installations administrative background
- ** OR** Projects Administrative Background
- At least 3-5 years experience of working within a similar role
