Technical Trainer

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Develop and compile training documentation and material
- Plan and prepare training schedules, facilities equipment, and resources
- Assist in identifying training and development needs and revise programs as necessary
- Facilitate and control training sessions and activities.
- Conduct training assessments; invigilation of assessments
- Monitor review and report the progress of training.
- Complete training administration.
- Provide inputs for budget planning for training schedules.

**POST REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 technical qualification
- ETD practitioner qualifications preferred
- Explosive qualifications will be advantageous
- Experience in the compilation and development of training documentation and material will be advantageous
- Proven experience as a Training Administrator and/or Training Facilitator
- Advanced computer skills, with at least 5 years experience in Microsoft Office, including MS Projects
- Valid drivers license
