Technical Trainer

Plan and prepare training schedules, facilities equipment and resources. Assist to identify training and development needs and revise programmes as necessary. Facilitate and control training sessions and activities. Conduct training assessments; invigilation of assessments. Monitor review and report the progress of training. Complete training administration. Provide inputs for budget planning for training schedules. What Qualifications You Should Have Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4 qualifications. ETD practitioner qualifications with proven experience as a Training Facilitator and/or Assessor preferred. Qualifications and/or short courses in Explosives and ammunition is mandatory. Experience in compilation and development of training documentation and material will be advantageous. Advanced computer skills, with at least 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Office. Experience in the manufacturing of explosives and ammunition, preferably in a supervisory role, will be advantageous. Valid driver’s license.
