**Business Management Consultant**

**Role Description**

The Business Management Consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. It is expected of the role to manage the process of delivering projects to clients in a competent manner and through building strong professional relationships, in accordance with our corporate values to achieve project objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Clearly understand what the project is about and what must be delivered to the client to create value and make an impact.
- Conduct research as per provided guidelines to build value into the deliverable for the client.
- Obtain clarity on the characteristics of the expected deliverables and timeframes.
- Actively participate during brainstorming, client engagement and discussion sessions to gain an understanding of what the project is about and the salient aspects for the client.
- Design and develop project deliverable based on timelines and expected quality.
- Conduct the project to meet client deliverables and requirements within the approve scope of work and set timeframes.
- Interact with client and internal team members to complement and enhance the service to be delivered to clients and to build working relationships with stakeholders.
- Document working documents and project reports in preparation for the development of final deliverable.
- Regularly interact with the client and the client manager, where necessary, to ensure that the final product meet client requirements and expectations.
- Prepare draft deliverable/s for input and finalisation with the internal reviewer and client representative.
- Present and review outputs to obtain acceptance and sign-off from the client.
- Finalise the project deliverable for handover and acceptance.
- Contribute to practice development and knowledge building.
- Work with team members to drive a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.

**Minimum qualification and experience**
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, business administration or commerce.
- At least 2 years’ work experience.
- Consulting experience as well as project management exposure and experience will be an added advantage.

**Expertise**

- Resourceful and can innovatively develop pragmatic proposals or recommendations.
- Work to meet specified timelines and deliver outputs to the required quality and internal standards.
- Ability to presentation and report on assigned project demonstrating created value and delivered impact.
- Good communicator and able to articulate their thoughts well.
- A good finisher that is tenacious and has fortitude.
- Ability to work independently, function within a team, and can lead self and others.
- Sound expertise of the Microsoft office professional work package.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
