**Key responsibilities**:
**Strategic Product Vision and Development**
- Define the compliance strategy within the company ERP platform, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements.
- Research and anticipate regulatory changes that impact ERP customers, translating requirements into product features.
- Develop and prioritize a product roadmap that enhances compliance automation, reporting, and security capabilities.
- Drive innovation by exploring AI-driven compliance monitoring, audit automation, and risk assessment tools.
- Ensure that our client remains a trusted solution for compliance-sensitive industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, finance).

**Market and User Research**
- Conduct in-depth research on regulatory trends and customer challenges related to compliance.
- Engage with customers, compliance officers, and industry experts to understand market needs.
- Utilize “Voice of the Customer” insights to drive enhancements and maintain a competitive edge.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with Engineering, Legal, Security, and Customer Success to ensure compliance features are correctly implemented.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure effective messaging around compliance capabilities.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide direction, insights, and verification throughout the development process, ensuring high-quality features are released on time.

**Product Lifecycle and Governance**
- Manage the compliance product lifecycle from conception to launch and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with international security and governance frameworks throughout the product development process.
- Maintain accurate documentation, specifications, and audit trails.
- Oversee the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new features, working closely with Product Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams.

**Continuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation**:

- Identify areas for continuous improvement within compliance-related processes and features.
- Implement policies and procedures to streamline compliance reporting and risk management.
- Stay ahead of regulatory risks, ensuring our client proactively update features to meet new compliance standards.

**Governance and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices throughout the product development process.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including specifications, playbooks, and training materials.

**Support and Collaboration**:

- Provide ongoing support to Development and QA teams throughout the software lifecycle.
