Delivery Executive: Digital Business Innovation

**Job Purpose**

Working at the intersection of strategy, design and technology, the role is responsible to derive insight, shape interaction, drive integration and unlock innovation. Accountable to lead the Digital Transformation Strategy and monetize the execution, through ensuring adoption of digital technology to transform services, products or businesses, through replacing non-digital or manual processes with digital processes or replacing older digital technology with newer digital technology and/or introducing new digital solutions. Responsible to create new or modify existing business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements. Continuously seeks to enhance a company's technical performance. Focus on not only increasing a company's short-term performance, but also meeting their long-term strategic objectives.

**Responsibilities**

**Digital Vision and Strategy**
- Define and set the digital strategy, working with both internal and external stakeholders to build and communicate the strategic importance of digital while aligning with broader organizational strategy
- Create awareness on digital economy trends, business opportunities and threats across the business
- Support the business to shape Digital Business Visions, Strategies & Roadmaps and to identify the right business innovation and digital business transformation Initiatives to focus on
- Manage the end-to-end business innovation / concept-discovery process to identify opportunities / hypotheses to create new customer, colleague and business value
- Develop innovation cases that are feasible, desirable and sustainable
- Oversee the effective and efficient delivery of the BLT business innovation / digital business transformation portfolio (taking concepts through to prototype and then on to minimum viable product).
- Develop MVP KPIs and measure / report on the effectiveness of MVPs to enable pivot/iterate/scale/abandon decision making by the business
- Develop and manage MVP scaling plans including marketing approach if needed
- Build trusted relationships with the technology, business, partners, suppliers and other ecosystem stakeholders

**Digital Culture Creation**
- Lead the execution of transformational strategy intended to create a digitalmculture across the organization, championing collaboration and new and digital enabled ways of working.

**Digital Innovation Strategy and Roadmap**
- Actively originate and shape digital opportunities
- Develop the go to market strategy
- Be able to articulately and passionately present digital concepts to senior stakeholders internally
- Support the delivery of digital work into the rest of the business
- Develop the business case for Digital opportunities
- Identify new external developments and / or emerging issues within an area of technology or business function and evaluate their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization

**Collaboration**
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans
- Develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice
- Drive acceptance and integration of digital roadmap
- Knowledge sharing and explanation within contexts and levels of detail that recipients may appreciate
- Drive the roll out, acceptance of, understanding of, delivery of, and expansion of digital technologies
- Contribute to the development of business unit strategy by providing a view on potential improvements for products or services and an assessment of the existing situation and anticipated changes in the external environment

**Digital Monetization**
- Support the business in managing digital business change
- Balance Cost, Quality & Time in Delivery of the business innovation / digital business transformation portfolio
- Ensure good governance & value for money from the business innovation / digital business transformation portfolio
- Reduce digital waste & mitigate digital business risks across the business innovation / digital business transformation portfolio
- Prioritize execution of work
- Enable the envisioning, engineering and operation of sustainable business innovations and digital business initiatives
- Ensure alignment between Technology and Business
