A well-established wine estate is looking for a **HOSPITALITY/F&B MANAGER** for their farm restaurant/deli.

Location: Stellenbosch
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years management experience in the F&B/FOH department
- Must have sound experience and knowledge of the Food and beverage and Front of House departments
- Must have the need to meet and exceed guest's expectations and will go above and beyond to accommodate them
- Must have good knowledge of food and food preparation standards
- Must have an exceptional command of the English language as well as communication and active listening skills
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Someone who is smart, dedicated, professional, initiative and self-motivated
- Must be well motivated and an enthusiastic individual who is a great team-player
- Must be positive and have a guest-centric mindset
- Must have good knowledge of stock levels, storerooms and control systems
- Outstanding staff relation and motivation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good delegation skills and ability to manage colleagues of a diverse workforce
- Must be accountable and have a responsible nature
- Must be fully computer literate and have experience working on POS and reservation systems
- Must have a valid driver's licence and own transport

Live-out Position.
