**Minimum Requirements**:

- 3 - 6 years experience in a similar field
- BEng/Bsc Industrial Engineering
- Microsoft SQL and Access (Queries, SP's etc.)
- Microsoft PowerBI
- High Microsoft Excel Proficiency
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Presentation Capability
- Other BI Tool skills will be beneficial
- Integration skills or experience will be a bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Logistics Service Provider Engagement.
- Monthly invoice and cost checking and tracking.
- Opportunity identification and analysis.
- Project identification, management and driving improvements.
- KPI tracking and Service Level monitoring.
- Warehouse and distribution Budget development and management.
- Retail Logistics allowance calculations and negotiations. Including backhauling, swell allowance etc.
- Calculate possible savings in retail centralisation.
- Calculate backhaul savings.
- Provide support to leadership during negotiations with retailers.
- Continuous Improvement and business performance monitoring:

- Maintain and enhance a business cost to serve model.
- Identify key customer behaviors driving cost to serve.
- Engage with the sales teams to highlight cost causing behaviors and identify projects to improve cost to serve. (NDD’s, order profiles etc.)
- Support the business with general analytics around the warehouse and distribution functions.
