An exciting new position has been created for a
**Sales Operations Administrator** at
**a reputable well established dealership in**
**Cape Town** that would fit an energetic and customer-centric individual.
If you have biking in your blood, are a strong process-driven individual with selling experience and have a valid motorcycle license, this opportunity might well be for you
**Main Responsibilities will include**:
- Carrying out vehicle demonstrations, test drives and out rides
- Accepting and checking inbound and out-bound stock from BMW
- Assist sales team with administrative duties
- Prepare delivery documentation and prepare deal files for delivery.
- Prepare motorcycles for demonstration rides.
- Refuel motorcycles for delivery.
- Do roadworthy of motorcycles.
- Uploading of pre-owned motorcycles on social media platforms and posts about current affairs at the Dealership.
- Assisting in event organising.
- Interacting with customers on arrival at Dealership
- Ensuring that an excellent level of customer service is provided throughout
**Minimum**
**Requirements**:
- Valid Motorcycle License
- Physically fit and strong to be able to move bikes around
- Experience in Sales
**It would be considered an advantage if you have**:
- Motorcycle Selling Experience (although not essential)
- Experience with Social Media platforms and interaction within it
- Previous sales and lead management experience to understand process would be an advantage
- Experience in Motorcycle industry would be a distinct advantage
