**Introduction**

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing & Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a junior, hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for property, marketing, and customer service.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Manage Property24 listings (both organic and paid listings).
- Oversee HubSpot lead management and ensure accurate data capture and follow-up.
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers for new unit shoots.
- Assist with the furnishing and preparation of show units.
- Conduct entry, exit, and maintenance inspections on units as required.
- Provide general support to the sales and marketing teams on various projects and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Property24, PropData and Hubspot experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Location: Harbour Arch, with training at Amdec House.
- Relevant tertiary education advantageous.
- Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
- Understanding of property administrative systems, maintenance/facility administration and coordination
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
