**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, provident fund, and other company benefits.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Assist with performance management processes and employee appraisals.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports as needed.
- Support in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
- Support HR Manager with all HR-related projects and activities

**Qualifications**:
A degree or qualification in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Proven 1- 2 years experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support or administrative role
- Experience working in a retail environment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HR software systems (e.g. SAGE).
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional support.
