**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Supervise the quality, process and chemical teams; as well as a warehouse for finished products, through the monitoring of performance, process and product indicators, developing self-management skills, encouraging self-development and personal/professional growth, in order to guarantee compliance with the requirements, satisfying the internal and external needs of stakeholders
- Analyses process and product indicators, holding regular meetings with suppliers, in order to seek better performance results for the inputs used in the production process.
- Support the Production Manager in the management of production equipment, maintenance and support processes, through the monitoring of performance indicators and statistical analysis, in order to seek improvement of results for the company.
- Adopt and promote the guidelines regarding the Environment, Health and Safety, showing a commitment and awareness of the impacts of the production processes and the behaviours exercised
- Manage the food safety team, in order to coordinate their work considering the skills of each member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer training related to food safety and management, for the other employees of the safety factory and keep updated and implemented the verification plan of the food safety management system.
- Report to the senior management the effectiveness and suitability of the food safety management system.
- Keep interested parties informed about the operation of the food safety management system.
- Responsibilities of the food safety team member
- Ensure that relevant information is included in the updating of food safety management
- Guarantee the production of safe products, through the establishment, implementation, maintenance and updating of the management system
- Provide training related to food safety management system to other factory employees
- Manage the food safety team, coordinate their work, taking into account the skills of each member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Develop in conjunction with ESA (GMP Manual, prerequisite program, HACCP study, Process Flowchart, among others), all the necessary documentation to comply with the food safety management system.**Inherent Requirements**

**Required Education**
- University degree, mainly in Engineering
- (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or Business Administration
- MBA or People/Business Management (desirable) post degree
- Complementary Courses
- Interpretation or internal auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards.
- Lead Auditor of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Standards

**Required Experience**
- More than 5 years in similar positions in manufacturing or similar continuous process companies.

- Advanced Statistics
- Microsoft Office intermediate level

- Use of statistical control software (QAS and Minitab)
- BSC (Balanced Scorecard)
