Office Administrator

Die Kantooradministrateur sal verantwoordelik wees vir die toesig oor alle administratiewe funksies binne die kantoor. Dit sluit in die bestuur van skuldinvorderings, die handhawing van effektiewe kommunikasie met verskaffers en kliënte, die skep en verwerking van fakture, en die ondersteuning van verskeie ander kantoorbedrywighede. Die ideale kandidaat sal hoogs georganiseerd, detail-georiënteerd wees en in staat wees om verskeie take gelyktydig te hanteer.
Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
- Skuldinvorderings:
- Monitor en bestuur uitstaande debiteure.
- Kontak kliënte om op te volg oor agterstallige betalings en onderhandel betalingsooreenkomste indien nodig.
- Hou akkurate rekords van alle invorderingsaktiwiteite.
- Verskaffer
- en Kliëntekommunikasie:
- Tree op as die primêre kontakpunt vir verskaffers.
- Hanteer navrae, versoeke, en probleme vinnig en professioneel.
- Koördineer met verskaffers om tydige lewering van goedere en dienste te verseker.
- Bou en handhaaf sterk verhoudings met beide verskaffers en kliënte.
- Faktuur Skepping en Bestuur:
- Berei fakture voor en stuur dit betyds aan kliënte.
- Volg betalings op en bestuur dit, en verseker akkuraatheid en volledigheid.
- Rekonsilieer fakture met ooreenstemmende inkooporders en kontrakte.
- Algemene Kantooradministrasie:
- Hanteer inkomende en uitgaande korrespondensie, insluitend e-posse, briewe en telefoonoproepe.
- Verskaf administratiewe ondersteuning aan die bestuurspan soos nodig.
Kwalifikasies:
- Beproefde ervaring in 'n administratiewe rol, met fokus op skuldinvorderings, fakturering, en verskaffer-/kliëntekommunikasie.
- Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) en basiese rekeningkundige sagteware (bv. Xero).
- Sterk organisatoriese vaardighede met 'n goeie oog vir detail.
- Uitstekende verbale en skriftelike kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels.
- Vermoë om verskeie take te hanteer en effektief te prioritiseer in 'n vinnige omgewing.
- Hoë vlak van professionaliteit, integriteit, en vertroulikheid.
