**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Enablement**
- Create and maintain impactful sales collateral, case studies, and narrative decks tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to review proposals and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client goals.
- Conduct training sessions on common challenges, best practices, and effective storytelling for sales materials.
- Develop a comprehensive UX kit for all experiences and platforms, streamlining client interactions.
- Support brainstorming and response creation for client briefs.
- The opportunity to present ideas, strategies, and insights to diverse internal stakeholders across various operational teams, fostering collaboration, alignment, and professional growth.

**Marketing Support**
- Manage social media posts, newsletters, website content, and campaign shares.
- Document campaigns through screenshots, recordings, and case studies for internal use and client presentations.
- Build and maintain a centralized “Examples” deck for the team’s reference.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute agency briefing sessions, webinars, and rollouts.
- Conduct insights and research to inform strategies and campaigns.

**Collaboration and Insights**
- Attend marketing and advertising award ceremonies, representing Blue Robot at industry events.
- Provide ongoing insights and market research to refine client strategies.

**A Typical Day**
- Crafting compelling case studies and sales materials to showcase Blue Robot’s capabilities.
- Supporting the sales team with tools and insights to close deals effectively.
- Coordinating with creative teams to document and share campaigns.
- Conducting training or workshops to upskill team members.
- Engaging with brands and agencies, providing insights, and attending key meetings.

**Requirements**:

- **Design qualification** from Red & Yellow, AAA School of Advertising, or a similar institution.
- Proficiency in digital advertising and understanding of the South African agency landscape.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about tech innovation.
