We are looking for a maintenance manager with minimum 5 years experience, for multiple properties within the hospitality sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all maintenance operations within the facility to ensure an optimal guest experience.
- Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Coordinate with department heads to schedule maintenance activities in a manner that minimizes disruption.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring operations remain within financial constraints while prioritizing essential repairs and improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hermanus, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
