As a crucial member of our maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our property.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks across the property, ensuring its aesthetic appeal and operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and landscapes, identifying and addressing any repair or maintenance needs promptly.
- Carry out repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and other maintenance-related areas as required.
- Assist in maintaining outdoor spaces, including landscaping and gardening tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and completed tasks.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents, guests, and staff.
- Display flexibility and adaptability by taking on various tasks as needed, contributing to the overall smooth operation of Benguela Cove.
- Utilize painting skills to enhance the appearance of buildings and structures on the property.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in general maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or property management setting.
- Strong aptitude for hands-on repair work, with skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance disciplines.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Well-rounded capabilities with a proactive attitude, demonstrating the willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks.
- Adaptable mindset, capable of switching between different maintenance responsibilities efficiently.
