**The role**:
We are on an exciting journey as a recently formed central Talent Acquisition (TA) team, partnering with each of the Travelopia brands to attract talent on a global scale. With a specific focus on hiring sales, operational support, and corporate functions roles for our businesses across South Africa and the United Kingdom, you will be part of our TA team that delivers at pace, and with quality outcomes

This role will be on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, but with review for extension or permanent placement at the end of the term.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Being responsible for the full recruitment process for roles across a number of functions, using diverse talent pools
- Actively leading direct sourcing campaigns and developing positive relationships with key collaborators around the world
- Providing excellent support in administrative activities such as scheduling interviews, offering positions and demonstrating effective communication skills

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrable experience in talent acquisition is critical
- Experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn is required
- Experience of being an excellent collaborator with strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills
