Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Talent Acquisition Partner** in** South Africa (Remote)**:

- Identify ways to improve their internal recruitment processes & scale these across their different regions
- Source individuals for their programs
- Utilise live adverts, social media, & their online presence to drive traffic and awareness
- Conduct 2 stage interviews to admit people into the program
- Build your own brand on LinkedIn to spread the message on the company

Requirements for this **Talent Acquisition Partner** in **South Africa (Remote)**:

- Passionate about their mission - levelling the playing field and making opportunities fair for everyone and they would love someone who buys into their dream
- Must want to work in a startup environment. This is a true start up, things move super quick, so you’ll have to be comfortable with that
- Ideally 12+ months in recruitment but they are open to people who are hungry to learn
