**Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Pipeline Development**:Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events with a focus on operational talent pools.
- **Hiring Manager Partnership**:Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through effective recruitment processes.
- **Onboarding Support**:Partner with People Operations to support the onboarding process, including facilitating pre-boarding tasks, documentation, system access, and coordinating first-day readiness.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment processes, ensuring consistency in workflows and compliance with hiring best practices.
- **Process Optimisation**:Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology where appropriate to increase efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Consultant, or similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems with a strong understanding of modern recruitment tools and platforms. HRIS software exposure is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organised, able to handle multiple priorities, and coordinate recruitment timelines.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
