**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Coordination & Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact among senior management.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Gather and understand management requirements to streamline internal coordination.
- Coordinate for the monthly Board meetings.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

**Project & Data Management**:

- Assist in drafting project documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collect, analyze, and present data in an organized manner for decision-making.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as per management needs.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain meeting minutes and follow up on action points.
- Organize and manage files, records, and important documents.
- Ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks to support management functions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or executive assistant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling senior-level communication.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Prior experience in corporate or executive support roles.
