**The Role**
- Processing of all orders received into SAP
- Assisting with capturing leads into the CRM System
- Accurate record keeping of orders received and invoiced
- Assist customers with technical product information and data
- Assist customer with information relating to deliveries and expected delivery dates.
- Assist the Sales Managers and Technical Sales Representatives with special projects when required
- Managing of service jobs relating to repairs and warranty repairs on SPIRIT
- Assist with Logistics when and where required i.e. tracking of shipments when customers enquire about orders as well as communication with Clearing Agents and Local Courier Service Provider relating to shipment enquiries

**What we expect of you?**
- Must have a working experience in Customers Services
- Computer literacy (Excel and SAP an advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Accurate data capturing skills
- Well organised and able to work independently
- Ability to read parts list and drawings
- General intelligence
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Challenged by varied work demands / routines
