The role is responsible for all aspects of Centre day-to-day operation. To provide advice, assistance and follow-up on Centre problems and enquiries.

Role and responsibilities:
Daily

Inspection of the centre

Centre and ground maintenance

Discuss maintenance with contractors on site

Requesting of quotations

Attend to construction sites (while in progress)

Inspect work completed by contractors

Attending to any problem that may arise

Recording of incidents

Meeting with team and various service providers and discuss issues

Overlooking cleaning; security and parking

Handling of all tenant and shopper queries

Sign-on and sign-off all contractors on site when at the Centre

Attend status meetings when required

Oversee tenant installation

Prepare expense authorisation form.

Obtain quotes.

Prepare invoice payment pack (EAF, Purchase Order, Invoice, Statement)

Ensure contractor invoices and signed Job cards are submitted on job completion

Issue purchase orders on EAF’s & track status on MDA monitored jobs.

Attend to daily planned preventative maintenance.

Weekly

Report incidents to Head Office for insurance purposes/complete documentation

Prepare FOPS template and submit monthly

Motivate any maintenance requests required

Forward all maintenance requests to Head Office

Attend to weekly Planned Preventative Maintenance.

Monthly

Compile Management Reports/Management Packs

Obtain and capture monthly turnovers on MDA.

Provide Head office with service Certificates.

Analyse turnovers and interpret.

Asset Register

Attend to monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance and update planned preventative maintenance schedule.

Annually

Budgets

Plan preventative maintenance

Update tenant file for on site

Prepare Audit file

Attend to bi-annual, annual, 2/3 yearly planned preventative maintenance.

Administration/General

Assist both Portfolio and Centre Manager in regards to tenant leasing at the centre

Assisting in marketing/events/promotions

Typing of all relevant correspondence

Diary management

Administration, maintaining and distribution of all marketing matters to tenants

Other assignments

To perform any reasonable assignment if and when requested to do so by management.

Working conditions

Work required on weekends and/or evenings as per the duty roster compiled and emergency call outs.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to R13 000,00 per month
