**Senior Analyst Engineering Services - Mpumalanga**

We are recruiting for the Senior Analyst: Engineering Services to oversee maintenance systems, ensuring they function efficiently. This involves managing data, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing insights for decision-making.
- Contract Management: Handle contract-related matters within the engineering domain.
- Maintenance Training: Facilitate training sessions related to maintenance systems and processes.
- Maintenance and Cost Information Support: Provide support to the engineering team by ensuring effective and efficient management of maintenance processes and costs.
- Monitor Maintenance Management System Performance: Keep track of how well the maintenance management system is functioning.
- Systems Requirements and Procedures: Identify, evaluate, and develop systems requirements and procedures.
- INX Intuition System Implementation Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of the INX Intuition system.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct audits of maintenance systems to ensure compliance.
- Monthly Metric Reports: Generate monthly reports with analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Engineering Systems Training: Deliver training sessions related to engineering systems.
- Asset Management Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on developing asset management strategies.

**Qualification, experience and competencies**

**Degree in Engineering**
- Must have experience in systems design, budgeting, people management, RCFA, RCM and project management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, VBA and SQL (at least minimum of 3 years).
- Experience in JDE maintenance modules as well as the database architecture.
- Must have tolerance for stress and high-level precision.
- Must have proficient analytical, writing and communication skills and a thorough knowledge of computer systems.
