**The Role** JOB PURPOSE**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute in increasing team efficiency by giving support both operationally and administratively
- Provide assistance and coordination regarding company meetings and events
- Perform general office administrative and clerical duties
- Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time
- Contribute to the development of internal policies and strategies and annual and periodic work plans and reports
- Responsible for handling weekly wages for RTT and CMC general workers, drivers, assistants and checkers
- Responsible for capturing and monitoring salaries, upgrades, transfers, leave and hours for Revert, CMC and RTT employees
- Attend to weekly and monthly pay queries staff
- Capturing and monitoring overtime for workers
- Creating staff requisitions and sourcing casual workers from labour broker as per manager requests
- Assisting in and creating daily KPI for all departments of the branch.
- Assisting in branch compliance.
- Assisting in branch Health & Safety.
- Assisting in training for all branch departments.
- Assisting in identifying and facilitating the employment and on-boarding of new workers
- Responsible for the administration of credit limits relating to Inter-loc (3rd party)
- Daily Utilization reports
- Submitting monthly ‘Recognise and Reward’ employee information to payroll.
- Submitting weekly overtime for Branch.
- Submitting weekly headcount report
- Adhoc duties and administration where required
**Skills and Experience** Minimum**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations/ administration role
- Must have experience and knowledge in a similar operations/ administrative environment
- Must have an understanding of the administration behind capturing salaries and wages
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems

- Ability to foster and maintain relationships
