**_Requirements:_**
- _ Matric_
- _ Relevant certificates/qualifications_
- _ 3+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Technician_
- _ Telephonic and Remote Helpdesk support (Hardware and software)_
- _ Must be tech-savvy_
- _ Must be available immediately_
- _ Experience with SQL Script and SQL Database will be an added advantage_

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- _ Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions_
- _ Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers_
- _ Logging and Closing Calls_
- _ Walk the customer through the problem-solving process_
- _ Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel_
- _ Provide accurate information on products or services_
- _ Record events and problems and their resolution in logs_
- _ Follow-up and update customer status and information_
- _ Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team _
- _Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures_
- _ Locate, Test, and Report Bugs_
- _ Write up Troubleshooting methods and recommendations_
- _ Provide customers and clients with a safe and secure platform and terminal to alleviate frustrations and problems and ultimately give them security and stability through guidance and support_
- _ Internal Technical Support_
