- Provide first level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring their smooth operation, and performance.
- Offer desktop support, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and problem resolution.
- Provide network support, including troubleshooting network connectivity issues and assisting with network configurations.
- Assist with limited hardware support, including diagnosing and resolving hardware-related problems.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and respond to incidents and service requests within agreed time frames.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing user inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.**Inherent Requirements**
- Provide first level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Linux certifications, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with Windows server administration.
- Experience with Linux server administration.
- Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Xen, XCP-NG).
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework
