Our client, a leading packaging and distribution company based in Pinetown has an exciting position available for a
**Sales Co Ordinator**.

The incumbent, reporting to the
**Branch Manager**, will be expected to the following key performance areas as listed below:
**The responsibilities of the position include**:

- Service customer telephonically
- Order processing and capturing
- Walk in customer service, if required
- Query handling and feedback to customer queries
- Managing customers’ expectations
- General administration duties, as required
- To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- Perform any reasonable request from Manager
- Filing of invoices and other admin if and when required

**To be considered for the position you should meet at least the following essential criteria**:

- At least Matric / N4 or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years sales experience in the packaging industry or equivalent;
- SYSPRO experience is essential
- MS Office Suite
- Experience in dealing with corporate and independent accounts;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work well to deadlines and be highly goal oriented; be energetic and self-motivated
- High level of accuracy and standards of quality in work and dealings with customers;
- Must have Professional customer service orientation;
- Computer Literacy would be essential;
