**Duties and Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Debt Consultant. Responsibilities include:

- Conducting cold calls to potential clients.
- Managing client interactions and processes in accordance with company procedures.
- Utilizing tech-savvy skills to streamline tasks and enhance client experience.
- Analyzing clients' financial circumstances, including credit scores and budgets, to offer suitable debt management solutions.
- Providing consultative guidance to clients on managing their debt effectively.

**Personality Traits**:

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Openness to change and adaptability to evolving situations.
- Possessing a persuasive nature with a focus on sales.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma preferred.
- Clear ITC (credit) and criminal record.
- Previous experience in debt review is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous outbound call center experience is beneficial.

**Additional Information**:

- No weekend or public holiday work required.
