**About the Role**

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a talent for uncovering high-quality leads? We’re looking for a **Sales Lead Generator** to join our team and support an exciting sales and sponsorship campaigns. You’ll play a key role in identifying and building a database of potential prospects, ensuring our sales team has the tools to drive success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough online research to identify potential leads within specified industries or target markets.
- Utilise tools, databases, and websites to gather accurate and relevant contact information.
- Ensure all lead data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with campaign goals.
- Assist in segmenting and categorising leads for targeted outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales campaign.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to handle large datasets and ensure accuracy.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in lead generation, especially in B2B sales campaigns, is a plus.
- **Familiarity**: Comfortable using LinkedIn, company websites, and CRM tools to source information.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Independence**: Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
