_**Job description**:_ - **Key Responsibilities**:_ - Drive car sales from initial customer contact to final purchase, including rent-to-buy options. - Accurately capture and maintain customer and sales data, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Manage customer expectations and build strong relationships. - Attain KPI's and KPA's. - Work together to facilitate a deal, the customer is satisfied with, while yielding the highest return for the company. - Actively engage with customers inquiries - Maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory to provide expert recommendations and to encourage customers to make a purchase. - Conduct test drives and effectively demonstrate vehicle features. - Adhoc duties requested by management - **Minimum experience & qualifications required**_ - Matric Certificate. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in car sales or sales role. - Ability to interact with customers. - Knowledge and experience in sales objections and closing deals. - Valid Drivers License - **Requirements**:_ - A professional and well-groomed appearance. - **Highly organised**: - Punctual with excellent time management skills. - Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw conclusions. - **Excellent attention to detail.**: - Innovative. - **Self-Manageable.**: - Excellent knowledge of vehicles. - Excellent customer service skills. - Ability to report accurately. - Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. - Great communication skills both telephonically and in writing. - Strong negotiation skills. - Self motivator and "go getter" - Resilient. - Ambitious. - Target Driven. - Able to adapt to a fast-changing environment. - Fast learner - Excellent problem solver. Basic of R5500 + attractive incentive structure to earn over R20 000 with only 10 sales pm, over R30 000 with 15 sales pm, and more. Write your own monthly salary cheque.
