**Responsibilities**:
**Customer/ co-user registrations on applicable Database**
Ensure that all the required documentation has been submitted accordingly:
Co-user questionnaire, ICASA documents, Main Lease Agreements (have been signed by the co-user before the customer can be registered on the database)
Provide regular feedback and updates to Stakeholders

**Database/ Repository Management (Sharepoint)**

Ensure regular and relevant updates to M&T database/ repository management/ Sharepoint
Liaise with relevant stakeholder to obtain relevant documentation for database/ repository updates (e.g. copies of leases, Finance reports, etc.)

**Compiled Reports/ Documentation Pipeline tracker**
Analyse and provide information reports internal and to co-users where required
Align content of all documentation to support the process as implemented
Perform Information Management and implement necessary actions to ensure accuracy thereof

**Transfer Pricing**
Capture Transfer pricing from quotes received from the regions between Gyro and Telkom divisions
Keep record of relevant documentation relating to transfer pricing
Provide updates on transfer pricing, as and when required

Provide analytical support to key projects within the Masts and Towers team

**Required Certification**:
None

**Qualifications**:
Relevant 3-year degree/ diploma in Electronic/ Digital Communication, Commerce or related fields. Equivalent qualification (NQF level 6) or higher.

**Experience**:
3 years relevant experience in radio communication systems/technologies and/or radio site management/engineering-related issues. Experience relating to leasing out within the Mast & Towers environment.

**Special Requirements**:
Need to have a pleasant personality to be able to interface with customers and internal customers.

Have to be able to handle stressful situations

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office

Valid drivers licence & willing to travel
