**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|** **About the role**
- The Internal Sales Ops Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the internal sales and internal renewals teams._
- This role will report to the Managing Director._

**As the Internal Sales Ops Manager, you will**:

- Ensure our Internal Sales team are able to quote our partners and place orders within the respective SLAs by product and that you and your team understand the full commercials on each product they quote on.
- Continuously review performance of the Internal Sales team to ensure the appropriate margin, mitigation of risks and drive the most value from our vendors and working closely with Country Manager, Channel Director, Group Shared Services Manager to leverage our value-add solutions to drive sales
- Achievement of Vendor annual renewals targets and drive and attend fortnightly meetings with Vendor to ensure alignment
- Ensuring the correct targets are implemented for renewals per product and review for forecast purposes as well as introduce and review appropriate new vendors for our market when requested by Group or when approached.
- Review implementation of processes for our quoting and order processes and implement change requests to improve processes
- Track quoting SLA of productivity of each team member use system to manage internal and external SLAs around order processing, errors and delivery.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** **About you**

**The ideal Internal Sales Operations Manager**:

- Exceptional leader with the ability to motivate a medium-sized team to produce the most value from our vendor and good people management skills, including identification of talent and resolution of issues, to help support Exclusive Networks being a great place to work
- Demonstrable experience of working with vendors in the IT security sector and good relationship building and development skills particularly with vendors and partners.
- Ability to gain product knowledge and understanding along with the ability to translate this knowledge clearly to others with experience of setting stretch targets for team and ensuring that they are met.
- Effective problem-solver with the ability to identify improvements and opportunities to drive value for Exclusive.
- Good organisation skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Good knowledge of Excel and a CRM system
