**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience at the Operations Management level within a technical or electrical or mechanics or manufacturing company.
- Proven management track record with references
- Valid driver’s license
- Diploma or Degree in Production Management or Operations Management or electrical or Mechanic systems
- **Responsibilities**:
- Assessing tech reports for a new processing job
- Customer communication with regards to. Updates
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing workflow processes
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of equipment
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Supervising and managing the work of staff
- Organising relevant training sessions.
- Ensure accurate reporting for flow and invoicing purposes,
- Maintain management of control systems.
- **Targets** will be introduced and set and agreed with Management.
- Facilitate the **development** and maintenance of the operations process
- **expedient flow**
- **Maintain a balanced service to cost and profitability **ratio through evaluating, analysing and managing performance, variations, escalations, special requests, projects, and network optimisation.
- **Quality assure** — service delivery including identifying and creating solutions to resolve service delivery failures and exceptions
- Ensure **workplace health, safety,** and security requirements
- Produce accurate monthly operational **reports**.
- Undertake department and staff performance reviews in accordance
- Ability to build value-based relationships with relevant customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Team player who can lead a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Some weekend Work is required for technical line telephone to maintain an On-Call line for weekends techs
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg North, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Operations management: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
