We are on a look out for an experience and suitably qualified **Call Center Team Lead** in our CIC department to effectively manage subordinates within the Call Centre by ensuring that they deliver a service to customers that is in accordance with the clients’ requirements.

**As a Customer Relations Team Lead you will be responsbile for the below**:

- Effective administration
- Leadership and Team Management
- Client/Customer Satisfaction
- Effective teamwork and self-management

**What are we looking for?**

To qualify for this role, you should have:

- 3-4 years’ experience within a Call Centre environment and with first line management
- Computer hardware and software knowledge
- Working knowledge of computer hardware and software in general
- Must be well-organized and able to multitask in order to efficiently handle substantial workflow
- Must be able to deliver professional and efficient customer service
- Ability to resolve escalated issues with mínimal supervision and support
- Ability to manage and motivate others
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across multiple levels of management
