We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist with proven experience delivering exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered, issues are resolved quickly, and their overall experience reflects our company's values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in problem-solving, can communicate clearly and professionally, and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.

Work Schedule:

  • UK/US Hours: The role requires a commitment to working during UK or US hours.
  • Full-time Shift: Monday to Friday

  • Client Account Management: Proven experience in effectively managing client accounts.

  • Industry Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably on the agency side.

  • Quick Thinking: Ability to think on your feet and adeptly solve problems.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English Skills. - VERY IMPORTANT
