The Company is an aerospace engineering and consulting services company with an extensive network of experts and industrial partners. Our small but highly qualified team of seasoned professionals develops cutting-edge solutions in aerospace, propulsion and systems engineering.

Our core capabilities are Design, Simulation, Assembly, Integration and Testing. We are looking for a junior Employee Development & Performance Consultant that has a can-do attitude and can provide the necessary support to ensure continuous development of the Company’s personnel.

**Responsibilities**
- Coach & mentor employees to increase performance and general employee wellbeing.
- Consult with HR & senior managers to assist in developing solutions to improve & enhance performance and organisational effectiveness.
- Facilitate change management & employee engagement interventions.
- Accurately assess skills, abilities and knowledge of employees in order to determine competence.
- Facilitate the transfer of skills and knowledge to employees which are relevant to operational business needs to enhance performance and organisational effectiveness.
- Support business with implementation and management of performance evaluation and performance management processes.
- Drive and support cultural initiatives within the business.
- Effectively co-ordinate training activities for the successful implementation of a training strategy.
- Develop relevant value-adding training material and workshops that will support business needs.
- Collect, integrate and provide accurate and objective information to all relevant stakeholders.
- Design & facilitate training interventions addressing issues in a team context for team and organisational effectiveness.
- Effectively implement training business plans & HR initiatives.
- Monitoring of training results.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholder.

**Requirements**:
Execution of the duties and responsibilities pertaining to the position demands the following experience, skills and knowledge:

- Degree Industrial Psychology or similar with 3-5 years in human relations and performance management experience, or similar.
- Managing and developing employee skills within the overall business structure.
- Performance evaluation and evaluation techniques.
- Ability to understand employee psychology to increase their drive and promote their wellbeing.
- Great understanding of change management and implementation thereof into the overall business structures.
- Training and development of employees in human relation management.
- Coaching & mentoring employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to develop working relationships with a wide range of people - excellent people skills.
- Capable of motivating staff or mentoring interns
- Accept ownership and deliver on commitments.

**Special working conditions**

Overseas travel to client sites could be required from time-to-time.
