**An exciting opportunity for a **Creditors Controller** to join our client within the logistics sector. The successful applicant will be reporting directly to the Financial Manager. A great opportunity to learn and grow within a finance department.**

**Requirements**:
A valid Matric certificate with at least 3 years of related experience will take preference. You are required to have computer skills and know-how to use MS Office programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
If you feel that you are able to pay attention to detail and have strong reconciliation skills then this opportunity might just be the one for you

**Brief responsibilities**:

- Issuing purchase orders
- Getting purchase orders authorised
- Matching orders to supplier invoices
- Vetting supplier invoices
- Getting supplier invoices authorised & processed by the 6th working day of each month
- Processing all invoices accurately on Pastel
- Ensuring all Creditor Statements are received and checked before closing off month-end
- Reconciliation of all creditor accounts and prepare for payment
- Resolving queries with creditors
- Diesel Stock reconciliation
- Managing stock levels of all inventories and placing orders timeously & reconcile to stock take
- Performs all other related duties as required
- Obtaining BEE accreditation
- Allocating creditors payments
- Complete payment List & recons by the 20th of each month
