We are growing our e-Complete team in South Africa We’re on the lookout for a passionate **Sales Assistant **who is hungry for solutions and will seek opportunities to align potential clients to our e-commerce strategy. The right person for the role is a self-starter and should be excited to learn about the e-commerce industry and all our service offerings. You will also be responsible for sales coordination and assisting the managing director with administration.
**Responsibilities and Deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following**:
- Be executive assistant to Managing Director
- Administer and coordinate a robust pipeline of client opportunities by using internal company systems both outbound and inbound as well as researching, owning lead generation and identifying the right client to pursue.
- Effectively communicate with the sales team, maintain clear lead details for active chasing and scheduling of meetings and pitches.
- Research, plan and assist the sales team to develop presentations and pitches to generate leads and source e-commerce clients.
- Coordinate and collate all sales data and reporting to accurately manage it within the internal company system.
- Actively participate in strategic planning for the sales strategy to assist with achievement of strategic sales objectives for the year.
What are we looking for?
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales, sales administration, or business development administration
- A tertiary qualification, certification and/or diploma in a business-related field
- Time and project management skills with ability to prioritise and execute tasks from initiation to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally communicate and coordinate meetings and sales information and presentations.
- Monitor sales goals and document sales progress.
- Solution oriented with ability to investigate and resolve issues individually or with internal support teams.
- Proactive and confident in the ability to communicate and manage client expectations.
- Ability to operate internal company operating systems such as Clickup, Pipedrive, and Process Street
- Excellent English business communication skills (verbal & written)
