**Job Description**:
1. Project Planning and Management:

- Ensure project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are defined and met.
- Develop and implement project plans, coordinating timelines and deliverables.

2. Team Coordination:

- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement staff, and construction teams.
- Foster effective communication and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.

3. Supply Chain and Contract Management:

- Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and handle any changes or disputes.

4. Technical Oversight:

- Supervise turbine installation, grid connection, and infrastructure development.
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.

5. Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency plans are in place.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

6. Stakeholder Communication:

- Maintain relationships with government authorities, investors, local communities, and operational teams.
- Provide regular progress updates to project owners and stakeholders.

7. Commissioning and Handover:

- Oversee testing and commissioning to ensure operational stability.
- Deliver the final project, ensuring smooth transition to operations and maintenance teams.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:
1. Project Management Expertise:

- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2 certification).

2. Technical Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of wind energy technology, including turbine installation and grid integration.
- Background in engineering or renewable energy fields is preferred.

3. Communication and Leadership:

- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in multilingual environments.

4. HSE Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental management regulations and best practices.

5. Risk and Change Management:

- Expertise in identifying risks, managing issues, and implementing effective change management strategies.
